Helium inflated latex balloons normally last 18-24 hours unless they are treated with a special liquid inside. Alternatively, use foil balloons.

"We would like you to decorate our venue with 500 balloons, you can get access one hour before the guests arrive."
With the optimum 3 decorators on site it would take at least 3 hours to complete the decoration.

"Can we have a 5,000 balloon release next week from central London."
You need permission from the Airspace Utilisation Section if you intend to release more than 2,000 balloons, this can take up to 28 days.
